This is our final design for the blog “ViraLeak” we
are creating on the topic of viral videos on YouTube, created by Kurt, Zain and
Lucinda.
For
our blog design, the aim was to create something unique yet very user friendly.
The font is very basic and nothing too fancy along with darker colours
accompanied by a lighter background so that users can clearly read our posts
without strain. Our background is a collage of small pictures which creates the
impression of many videos on the internet and as our blog is about viral
videos, it represents it well. At first we planned to create a background of a
few large pictures of some viral videos but we decided that, it may distract
the viewers and may not be as appealing.
The background behind the posts we make remains
white so that the font doesn’t clash with the background. This way there is
still an appealing background, but not at the expense of reading our posts.
